MAKEUP LOOK: A ROMANTIC SPRING

Hello my sugar pop!!

So i got a little bit bleh with my work.. and i decided to play with makeup

*yes this is my way of getting rid some frustration*

Since, spring/summer is here *not in Indonesia because it still rain on some days pft*

I decided to give a makeup look a go!

A Romantic Spring...

how wonderful it is if you are in love! :P

Anyway, i am staying away from the colors of pink & mint

and i decided to go for purple and peach!

Well we all know that purple somehow dont appear on me

* i dont know why*

but i owned this palette (only one palette with purple in it that works and appear on my eyes)

and i decided to use this and combined it with some coral lips ;)

lets start!

As you can see i have a bare face (moisturized of course)

and you can see my imperfections ;D

Usually, i apply some face primer to make my skin

glow and the makeup to last long, but only for this tutorial,

i am keeping it simple :) 

so apply your favorite foundation,

i am using Loreal Lucent Magique

*hope i spell it right*

and i am blending it with the makeup sponge

or this is the "beauty blender" look alike :) 

and then, to cover my imperfections,

i am going to conceal them with this ELF Concealer :)

then settled my whole face with powder.

My eyebrows are pretty thin, so it is a MUST for me to fill them in

and shaped them.

and... if you are a loyal reader to my blog or youtube,

you know i have a very oily skin hence the oily eyelids

*if you are new, "hello" i have an oily skin*

so priming is a must and i usually use my NYX jumbo eye pencil

but i cant find it :/

So moving onto the eyeshadow,

this is the palette i will be using from La Tullipe

the steps are simple:

1. apply the soft pink all over the eyelids

2. apply the soft fuschia on the outer corner towards the midpart of the lids

3. then apply the soft purple on the outer corner slightly going inside to the middle part 

4. then apply the dark purple on the outer corner

and.. BLEND BLEND BLEND

take an angled brush, dab it onto the dark purple eyeshadow,

apply it on the bottom lash line.

apply a black eyeliner on the waterline

* it is really up to you to go halfway or all the way to the inner corner*

then, winged an eyeliner on the upper lash line.

mascara-ized!

* i just made the word up*

and at this point, you can apply you false lashes too!

since, i do have a round face, contouring is a must

*although i tend to forget to contour*

and i am applying the soft peach blusher

*i am using ELF kit*

then, i apply this soft peach lipstick as the base on my lips

* im using Sariayu*

then on top of the lipstick,

i apply a coral lipgloss.

I just dab and with my finger, i make sure it is spread evenly

and ta-da!

such a casual look for day and night.
