Hello my sugar popsicles!

October is just around the corner. Now, where did the previous months go?
I feel like yesterday was only my birthday and soon within few more months,
we are welcoming christmas and new year.

*feeling old*

So, to celebrate halloween, I decided to come up with:

where I will be posting 1 or 2 looks that are easy and simple
to be wear on Halloween

*and this is also because, I never do anything on halloween so
Why not create some fun looks at home :P *

This first look is inspired by Marie Antoinette.
* google her biography to get to know her*

Here are the few pictures :)
Marie Antoinette is one of the well educated woman with poise.
The reason why I chose her was because she was the queen, she had all the best
quality in materials for fashion and beauty. She was well known for her taste.
Everyone wanted to be like her.

Here are the simple look that I recreate
* minus the costume, I have no idea where or how to sew her costumes*

This is today's Halloween Inspired Look!

I was meant to post the Ponds Events but accidentally delete it.

In order to exchange that lost post, I have a review!

I cant believe I said this but I love this product!

Ponds held an event for us lovely beauty bloggers and they were promoting and introducing their new product that soon to be launched in Indonesia. Oh! I didnt get the cleansing facial wipes :(
I really want to try that but oh well! I gotta wait until they are out in the market here.

I have a bit of experience trying out ponds products. It didnt work well on me, it left me with a tight feeling on my skin after having my face washed with one of the facial foam product. Then I ran out of my facial foam at home, so I decided to give this product a try thinking "just gonna use it once then tomorrow im buying my usual cleansing foam" but you know what?!

Let me start with the packaging. The packaging is similar with the rest of their products but, the designs  are different and with this one, I will say it is more clean cut.

The whole function for this product is to prevent acne.

At the back of the packaging, it has a brief information on the ingredients and what they do on the skin.

The opening of the cap is slightly big so I have to be careful in squeezing them.

Here is the foam, it contains this super gentle *when i say gentle, i mean soft like a feather* scrub.
I know that scrubbing is somehow bad for the skin but I personally love a facial foam with a scrub in it, it gets rid of the dead skin cell and the best thing about this foam, it has the tiniest gentle-st scrub ever and I feel it is super safe for my skin :)

and, for my fear of that 'tight" feeling after washing, is gone!
I was so happy after washing because I feel that my skin feels fresh and clean!
There isnt any tight feeling at all!

And here is the sneak peek haha of me while and after washing my face.

This product just did it for me :)
Gonna give it a good thumbs up!!!

have you tried this before?

Hello there Love!

Hows your day?
I am actually waiting for an email from a client to finish up a logo but while waiting, I decided to make a post on my current and one of my practical-favorite palette.

Yes, yes! It is from Lorac and it is the:

Lorac Pro To-Go palette.

I believe there were two palettes, I think I watched it through Emily's youtube channel but I decided to get this one right here instead of the other one.

You all know how i love things that are practical right?
This palette does it for me. It has a medium size and it is easy for me to hold.
The packaging design itself is smart where it folds into a smaller box that fits into the bag.

I love the design on the packaging, it is super simple and chic!
White-silver ish with black.
Nothing screams classy and chic than that.

This is how it looks like open :)
It has a magnet that secure the box together when folded.

And this is how it looks like all unfolded and open :)

The reason why I pick this one is because it has the function of:

shading, highlight, blusher, eyeshadow, eyeliner and eyebrow

Which pretty much all i need when I travel really except that I have to bring my own:
foundation, powder and lipstick :) and some brushes of course!

The box came with brushes:
a flat stiff brush (eyeshadow, shading and eyeliner)
a blending brush (blending and highlighting)

Here are the swatches:
for the eyeshadows, they are super pigmented so a tiny bit goes a long way and whenever you are applying this, dont forget to tab your brush to remove the excess powder. It is easy to blend and it stays long on my eyelids (now we all know my eyelids are very oily right? with the help of primer sometimes certain eyeshadow doesnt last long but this one does! )

The color within this palette are chosen by Carol ( owner of Lorac ) that are very useful for day and night look :) I guess this palette is a two in one goodness.

The blusher & shading swatches:
Again, these has the same quality as the eyeshadow, super pigmented and easy to blend.
It stays long on my face too considering I have a very oily skin.
I love how these gave such natural blush!

It has the color of:
pink, peach (blusher) & brown (shading)
Again, this is a perfect combo color for my skintone, I tend to bring blusher exactly in these two colors!
Pink & Peach are the basic colors that I bring whenever I travel. The Brown shade, is also perfect for my skintone :) it gives that perfect and right shading color on me without making me looking cakey.

Here is me with the blusher, shading and eyeshadow of course not forgetting the highlight!

Now, if you want to see the greatness of this product,
kindly watch the video :)

hello my sprinkles of rainbow :*
*does rainbow has sprinkles?*

Today, i would like to do a review on my holy grail concealer.
Well, this is my favorite concealer compare to others.
The main reason why is basically it has a good coverage.

I purchase this in the shop itself and it was 35% off :D
So far, Tony Moly has been my favorite Korean brand.
Probably the only one.

Not only they have cute designs but their quality is good.

It comes in a small jar like this
and the shade, i have no idea haha
i ripped the label off :/

but i always buy the lightest shade and the price wasnt that expensive either
I believe it was below RP 70.000

Well the packaging is, normal, nothing interesting about it.

but... the magic happens when you use the concealer.
The picture below is taken with only one swipe, no wait,
not even a swipe, i just dip my finger in it and that is what i get :D

The texture is creamy and maybe because of the texture being creamy,
it has a good and high pigmentation hence the great coverage.

There is not any odd scent that i recall :)

so let me prove it to you!
Look at my "sexy" blemishes
*mother nature has its own way of playing*

then i just dotted some concealer onto the blemishes

then i blend in..
it covers 90% of them ;D

now you know why this is my favorite, my holy grail, concealer?
what are yours?
let me know x
might want to try them out.

Last week, I attended an event by Estee Lauder. They are releasing their new foundation and powder :)
Long story short, a bunch of my beauty blogger friend were there, so it was super excited!

I volunteer to be the model on the event, just because I love it when people put make up on me :P
It soothes and relaxes me.

The event was held at Mall Taman Anggrek and there were two hosts who carried the event
and the MUA from Malaysia :)

I love how the event was helpful if you are learning on how to be a makeup artist.
Joyce (the MUA) taught us some tips and tricks in makeup and she also guided us
from the beginning until the end, the steps in skincare up until the makeup finishing.

Just a quick tip, before starting to apply makeup on others,
it is best to cleanse the skin first with a cleansing milk and a toner.
Dont forget to apply some moisturizer and serum on the skin.

In the middle of skin cleansing, Joyce told us that
Estee Lauder has a foundation color chart, so if you are unsure in picking the best shade for you,
no worries! this will help.

My face is all cleaned and now ready for the makeup!

Here she is applying the double matte foundation, and I happened to have this foundation too.
To apply the foundation, use a foundation brush and apply it downwards following the direction of the facial hair.

This is another trick from her, to apply a concealer,
added some serum and mixed them together :)

So you will get a healthy coverage.

and.. to apply powder, simply take the powder brush,
dab it onto the powder and do a "rolling" motion on the face.

To shade/contouring, apply a darker shade of powder and
find your cheek bones, apply it onto the hollow space and do a straight motion.

So, I love this blush!
any of you want to get them for me?

In choosing eyeshadow, Estee Lauder also has
this color chart for them!

Now, to create an eyeshadow base,

use a black eyeliner pencil, "color" it onto your hand and mixed it with concealer.

funny face! funny face! haha
I found it hard to hold my tears whenever someone applied eyeliner on my waterline.

and voila! All done!
I never wear any bright color out but it looks good :P

And.. here is another wishlist! :P

Next she applied the new foundation to one of the customer.
The new foundation *in my own opinion* will work well if you have a flawless skin.
Or if you are looking for a great natural light weight foundation that you can wear daily,
this new foundation is perfecto for you!

and here are some snapshots, surrounding the event!
